I made my purchase and paid on December 6th. The items never showed up. I've shot off countless emails, but not a single response has come my way. I tried calling the provided number multiple times during business hours, but no one ever picked up. Now it's January 24th, and I've had to involve my bank's fraud department to get a refund. Fingers crossed I get it soon. I won't be shopping with this company again, and I definitely wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.

I really wish I could give a bad review. Got this phone as a present. I asked for a blue Samsung Galaxy A23, but they sent me a black one instead. To make matters worse, the box was already opened and all the security seals were damaged. They advertised it as a 5G phone, but it clearly states that it doesn’t support that. It feels like a scam.

Unfortunately, I came across all the fake 5-star ratings before I could find the genuine ones. To keep it brief, just like others have mentioned, my phone never showed up! Nobody picks up the phone, and emails go unanswered. My bank knows about this situation and is working on it! Best to steer clear of this.

I ordered a phone on November 26th, and while they took my money, I never got a confirmation email. Tried calling, but no one picked up over the weekend. Finally got through on Monday, and they said it would arrive on Wednesday. Wednesday rolled around, and still no phone. Called again, and they told me it would be shipped today or tomorrow, and I’d have it by Saturday. Saturday came and went, and still nothing. So, I called back on Monday to find out what was happening and asked for a refund.

They told me it would take a week to process. I followed up on Wednesday to confirm it was in the works and received the refund on Thursday. During this whole mess, I sent multiple emails and never got a single reply.

Overall, the customer service was awful. Emails went unanswered, and while the staff picks up the phone Monday to Friday, they seem clueless or just straight-up lie. The reviews on Trustpilot are for a shop in Slough, but the actual store is in Ladbroke Grove, London, and payments go to Homes Ltd.

Even though I eventually got my refund, something feels off about this company. They have a fancy website that makes big promises but delivers very little. I’d steer clear of them.

I placed an order for a phone on November 18th. There were no updates on my order status. The delivery date came and went, so I shot them an email. No response. I waited a bit longer and requested a refund. Still no reply. I sent another email, and guess what? No answer again. I tried calling the number listed on their site multiple times, but it just rings for a minute before they hang up! Ended up having to go through my bank to hopefully get my cash back! UPDATE 12/12/2022: After my bank raised a dispute, I finally got the phone. It was meant to be a gift, but I had to give it late because of the hold-up.
